Valco’s new plant is up and running, adding capacity across casting, extrusion and finishing. The line brings PLC and CNC based handling equipment, stretchers and pullers, and modern direct chill casting facilities where billets are manufactured to customer specification.
The investment extends what we can hold in terms of tolerance and what we can offer in terms of turnaround. Our expert metallurgists ensure the precise and consistent quality of the alloy mixture, and the additional finishing capacity means anodizing up to 30 micron and powder coating from 60 to 120 micron in all RAL shades, up to 6750mm.
