ANODIZING
VALCO have its own in-house facilities for Anodizing and Electro Colouring. The equipment installed one on sophisticated technology. It is an Electro-Chemical process with different shapes and also of finish of natural colours. VALCO can supply these in thickness upto 35 micron.

POWDER COATING
VALCO have its own in-house facilities for Powder Coating, which is latest technology adopted in the field of surface finish for different applications. There are thousand colour varieties available with different finish and properties like Polyster, Epoxy, Acrylic etc. by electrostatic process and then treated in the furnace to form a hard and uniform film. VALCO have a facility to provide thickness of powder coating from 60 to 120 micron.
